When a company or individual contacts us to inquire about becoming a client, we collect the information provided to us — typically a contact person's name, company name, email address, and phone number.

If you do not become a client: we retain this basic contact information (contact name, company name, email, and phone number) for the people we were in touch with. We keep this information indefinitely in case of future contact, unless you ask us to have it deleted.

If you become a client: we collect and use the information you provide us for PR purposes — such as brand materials, spokesperson details, product information, and images — for the purpose of representing your brand to the press. We retain this information indefinitely, including after our engagement ends, unless you ask us to have it deleted.

How We Use and Share Information

For active clients, sharing your information with journalists, editors, media outlets, and other press or PR contacts is the core of what we do — it's how we secure the media coverage you've hired us for. We only share what's needed to pitch your brand for press opportunities, and we don't sell client information to third parties for unrelated purposes.

For inquiries that don't turn into a client relationship, we do not share your contact information with any third party — we simply keep it on file in case of future contact.
